Team Lead Software Development

This opportunity is for a Team Lead Software Development that wants to be hands on and lead a cross functional team to to deliver high quality software. The Team Lead will be the senior developer on the team and represents their product development team in the software development process.

Our downtown Toronto client is seeking an experienced Team Lead Software Development to lead a team of 4-5 developers. Competitive salary, great location, minutes from Queen and Union Station, passionate team, educational training and RSP Program.

Requirements:

You have 8+ years designing and developing server-side transaction processing applications using Java & SQL for stored procedures and queries.
You have 5+ years of J2EE
You have 3+ years of leadership experience in the successful delivery of regular software releases in an Agile/Scrum environment
You have strong working experience with: EJBs (Stateless Session Beans, Message Beans, etc), developing and deploying Web Services, Hibernate and JSF.
You have experience with Git/Maven in a continuous build, continuous deployment.
