Career Opportunity: Technical Service Representative - Full-time position

We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Service Representative working in our inbound call center.

Even though clients are looking for quick and easy answers, they are still looking for the human approach. You will be making the difference in their busy lives providing knowledgeable technical support and troubleshooting guidance pertaining to network, Internet, cable, digital phone, and computer issues

Location: Montreal - Metro du Parc
Schedule: be available from 7:00am to midnight (you will receive your schedule 3 weeks ahead of time)
possibility to work Fulltime: 40 hours per week

Salary: 14-17$ (depending on your experience)
Start date: September 24th
