We are looking for Technical Customer Service Representatives for a well known, reputable Telecommunication and entertainment company located in Nanaimo, BC! This is a permanent full time or part time position, starting October 15th, 2018.

If you have experience working as a customer service representative, help desk or in a call centre setting ... this opportunity might be for YOU!

The successful candidates must have strong communication skills, be motivated and driven to succeed, and have a passion for providing an exceptional customer experience.

As a Technical Service Representative, you will:
- Handle inbound calls from customers
- Deliver an exceptional customer service experience
- Troubleshoot and guide customers through technical issues
- Educate clients and promote features, benefits and advantages of products and services (some warm up-selling)

Qualifications
- Excellent Communication skills
- Previous Customer Service Representative experience is required
- Previous technical, help desk or sales experience is an asset
- Ability to trouble shoot and provide knowledgeable guidance to customers
- Strong time management organizational skills

Start date:
October 15th, 2018

Hours of Operation:
Monday-Sunday
7:00 am – midnight (rotational shifts)

Full time:
- Full time Representatives will work 40 hours/week

Part time:
- Part time Representatives will work 20-40 hours/week

Compensation:
- $14.71 - $16.00 hourly rate (dependent on experience)
- Guaranteed 9% increase after first 90 days of employment
- Monthly commission on top of your base pay
