We are looking for a Test lead - Senior

Summary of tasks:
Accountable for design quality controls and processes.
Creation and generation of a comprehensive quality scorecard measuring defects for delivered products and solutions. Monitoring of quality indicators to assist the design teams.
Ensuring proper root cause analysis is performed and fault slip through to bring learnings to the organization in a continuous improvement mindset.
Many aspects to be monitored and evaluated in relation to the delivered solutions. From availability, reliability, supportability to robustness and easy of upgrades and rollbacks.
Identify process improvements to improve velocity while enabling quality and predictability. Identify the test cases that are required.
Define the test plans
Define the test strategies
Mapped test cases to the requirements (RTM), and test summary and defect reports to the PM for approvals and sign-off.Review and update the RTM.
Submit deliverables KPI’s
Perform daily scrums to review scope, issues, and requests, ensuring testing activities were effective to meet scheduled objectives.
Participate in planning sessions with the manager.


• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• 10+ years experience with software engineering lifecycle processes
• 10+ years of quality management – accountable for measuring, analyzing and improving organizational flow and deliverables.
• Excellent oral, written and presentation skills.
• Excellent English oral skills (customer is based in the United States)


• Experience in working with Agile development organizations.
• Experience with executive presentations.
• (Must) HPALM , Loadrunner or CP Performance, UFT, MSoffice, MSproject
• (Nice to have) Jira, HPSM, Confluence, JMeter , HP OMI and Sitescope

This role is likely to eventually lead 2 to 5 quality focused resources. Will be a lead across the whole OT Design organization.
