Be part of a new exciting VMS program in the Contingent Workforce MSP industry with rapid growth. It is the first program of its kind in Canada! We seek Bilingual (must be fluent with both English and Quebecois French) candidates for roles in Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver, or Calgary. Preferred candidates will demonstrate super user, or user support experience with the Fieldglass VMS (or other similar VMS tools such as Beeline or IQ Navigator or PeopleFluent etc). We also welcome those candidates without this experience, and who would like to learn it to apply. However candidates must have either some form of staffing/recruitment industry experience OR some form of experience providing user support for software. As the first point of contact for user support issues and change requests with the Fieldglass VMS system you will provide top notch user support and customer service to your client base. We are seeking great communicators with pleasant customer service skills who are self starters and well organized.
