A leader and innovator in the power solutions space, our client partner requires the following:

- Oversee all financials
- Conduct strategic analysis and financial planning
- Budget preparation
- Business forecasting
- Long range strategic planning and analysis
- Cash flow management
- Understand revenue and cost drivers
- Oversee annual Audit
- Manage a variety of ongoing business objectives and initiatives
- Review current, suggest and implement improvements on forecasting tools & current financial reporting tools

- Business, Commerce degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA designation
- 10-15 years of relevant experience with at least 1-2 in the role of VP Finance
- 5-8 years in a leadership capacity
- Requires a high level of strategic thinking
- Keen attention to details and proactive consulting with the business
- Systems savvy, integration experience an asset
- Demonstrated leadership
- M&A experience
- Hands-on, results oriented
