Are you a welder with strong FCAW (Flux core) experience? Have you held a CWB ticket in the past, or do you have a current FCAW (Flux core) ticket?
We are looking for 4 welders to join the Brantford team in a job shop environment.

In this role you will be:
- setting up and operating your own welder
- polishing and grinding your own parts, performing general clean up of your area
- working with very skilled fitters, and learning from the best in the industry
- performing structural steel welding
- working alongside tenured co workers with a strong safety policy
- reading blueprints
- working at a fast pace, while maintaining strong quality standards
- working with managers that will help you understand the why behind doing the assigned tasks

- straight day shift that has a flexible start time (you pick it, you stick to it)

- potential to be hired on if you do great work for them
- live within an easy commute of Brantford
- start the day after you successfully complete your weld test

Qualifications
- able to arrive at the same time every day. Punctuality is of the utmost importance
- ideally posses a current CWB FCAW (Flux core) ticket, or have a recently expired ticket
- must have your own welding helmet, and welding jacket
- able to perform, and be ok with some production welding alongside some custom welding
- able to work at a fast pace and maintain high quality standards
- must have a strong culture towards safe welding practices
- live within an easy commute to Brantford
