Do you enjoy working with data and providing business solutions? Do you have experience with probing, analysing and challenging information? Are you looking for a role to further your Analyst experience? Our client, a large business solutions company, is looking for Workforce Analysts for a 6 month contract in Toronto!

Shifts: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
Pay: $30-35hour
* Contract is 6 months with potential to extend or go permanent based on business need

What you duties will be as a Workforce Analyst:
- Supporting a large bank with business solutions for their call centre business
- Conducting forensic call listening to analyse and quantify customer/specialist behaviour and product/process focused opportunities
- Leverage customer and transaction data to assist with discovery of insights and opportunities
- Translating complex data into concise messages and recommendations
- Identifying business hypotheses, issues, trends and opportunities while proposing recommendations based on analysis
- Recommend business actions to support the business strategy and resolve business problems
- Comprehensive understanding of Phone Channel business and keeping current with all changes
- Working within a team as well as with business partners to research and develop added analysis
- Manage workload and prioritize in order to deliver quality results and meet deadlines
- Maintain and enhance knowledge and expertise in order to share experiences within the team

- Previous business analysis experience
- Ability to understand, probe, categorize, prioritize, document and reconcile information
- Strong multitasking capabilities
- Expert use of Excel to manipulate data and conduct analysis
- Experience with PowerPoint to create and deliver presentations
- Quick learner with the ability to contribute to a team while working independently
- Data visualization experience (ie. Tableau) an asset
- Bilingual English and Spanish an asset
- Knowledge of Phone Channel business and call centre operations preferred
- Available to work in Toronto
- Undergraduate Degree in an analytically based discipline is preferred
