For our Managed Services Provider (MSP) program at one of our client’s sites we are looking for a Team Lead / Service Delivery Manager (the client’s business lies within the life insurance and asset management industry). In this program you are managing the entire contingent talent life cycle from requisition to invoicing and payment, providing the client with complete visibility into the status of each contingent worker in their organization.
Is responsible for developing a talent sourcing strategy that best suits the client’s needs and market conditions. Builds relationships with hiring managers and ensures overall sourcing plans are developed and executed to identify the best quality external consultants/contractors at competitive rates. Supports the business in their staffing needs by managing the supply base; executing appropriate supplier sourcing strategies and external consultant management methods to fulfil contract and project based assignments. The Service Delivery Manager has a high degree of independence and deals with senior level stakeholders, workers and/or profiles. The expertise applies to the team but also to other MSP consultants within the organization. For example by being a mentor, on-board and training new colleagues, leading meetings and designing business processes, overseeing SLA and KPI target settings and being a work stream lead in new implementations.
The Service Delivery Manager will provide a specialist sourcing solution based on their bespoke service offering as per their allocated client contracts. The role is responsible for the daily operations and coordinates the MSP on- and off -site team activities. The Service Delivery Manager will actively lead and demonstrate first class client service by example. Functional responsible to manage a team of MSP consultants and/or operations officers/experts and is responsible for the end to end sourcing lifecycle around vacancy management.
Your daily tasks include:Works with client to understand the client business, functional/technical skill needs and hiring drivers.Proactively engages with the client to understand sourcing needs and drivers to ensure appropriate sourcing strategies are aligned and put in place.By preparing and executing the Review Meetings on all client sites (in cooperation with the Account Director)Analyses rates and rate card structures.Ensures that processes are followed by complying with the workforce compliance and governance requirements of the Managed Service Program.Optimizes operational processes and assures same processes are followed at all client locations.Directing external suppliers, assessing their professional services and giving internal advice regarding the selection of suppliers.
You are:the first point of contact for client stakeholders and first escalation point for any daily operational issues.responsible for the daily operations and coordination of the on- and off- site team activities.Actively managing the clients’ PSL: Maintains and builds relationships with third party recruitment agencies, negotiates reduced and standard terms and conditions in the client's favour.Coordinating and motivating the team and taking ownership of the process.
Experience:Experience in a lead role (end responsibility) in client management within the staffing industry.Track record in engaging suppliers to devise and execute external consultant sourcing strategies, just in time and within budget.Daily MSP management and in working with a VMS tool.Experience working on an MSP contract, on a client site, is desirable.Managing orders, contracts, timesheets, payrolling, invoices and reporting.Should be a subject matter expert in the design of MSP programs and vendor management systems.
