In the delivery of MSP and RPO services we act as a data processor for clients.  Clients can have extensive data privacy requirements that we are required to review and negotiate. We make use of third party technology providers when delivering these services who then act as sub-processors for the client. We provide certain support services from offshore global business service centres, that involve access to personal data of candidates, meaning cross-border data transfers are standard. We provide certain support services from offshore global business service centres, that involve access to personal data of candidates, meaning cross-border data transfers are standard. This concerns Global Solutions in the field of Sales / CRM and Pool management. You do this with agile, self-organizing development teams and Tech Leads who you lead.You work closely with the Product Managers Sales / CRM and Workforce Management: they analyze from discussions with stakeholders which solutions we are going to build and translate these needs into concrete epics.
