The Program Administrator is responsible for first line support of the operations/recruitment tool of choice, ensuring the compliance of the process is adhered to; this includes supporting the line managers, business units, the suppliers and the contingent workers if required, ensuring customer satisfaction. The Program Administrator will also be responsible for the renewal processes and coordinating the on boarding for any identified candidates from stakeholders, working with the Assignment Managers, contingent workers and suppliers to ensure a successful on boarding experience. Furthermore, the Program Administrator will support on designated projects; supporting the Business Office as required.
This role will cover the process delivery for the Global Engineering operations unit. You will work directly with the managers in the organization on a variety of in-house servicesProviding First Line Support: i.e being full responsible for correct data, updating all in a timely manner to ensure information and invoices are processed correctly with the internal systemsWorking with finance to coordinate the use of IOs and attending weekly meetings to discuss issues and manage reporting.Recruitment: Manage offers for pre identified candidates; working closely with Assignment Managers, contingent workers and pay roll provider to ensure smooth on-boarding process. - this might not be requiredCoordinate on a day to day basis ensuring renewal process on work orders is being adhered to, escalating any issues to relevant business managerWork closely with line managers for new requisitions and coordinate with suppliers on payroll matters for contingent workers or new starter issues
Who are you?
