Randstad, the largest staffing firm in the world, is hiring an experienced Program Manager to support our Randstad Corporate Services (RCS) division. RCS offers our clients a highly customizable, partnership-driven solution providing a single point of access to a variety of workforce solutions through an on-site model powered by robust technology.
Our Program Managers lead the account teams that act as an extension of our client's HR function. This role provides day-to-day leadership and management to ensure the client receives the highest level of quality service in a timely and cost-effective manner. The Program Manager will oversee all operations, executing goals, and identify opportunities for new revenue streams to sustain and grow business.

What you need to bring:5+ years of business experience with a minimum of 1 year in staffing or in the client's industryUnsurpassed level of professionalism and ability to communicate at all levelsDemonstrated ability to manage and resolve complex client situations in an effective mannerStrong organizational, analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities and deadlines Ability To present business reviews and workforce strategies to client groupsDemonstrated ability to identify client's needs and to deliver or adjust expectationsProficiency using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives
