JOB SUMMARY:This position has active involvement in all facets of a temporary and/or permanent placement business. The associate in this position will participate in recruiting, interviewing, matching, coordinating send-outs and filling orders. They will also work with client development, new account and retention sales calls, obtaining job orders, maintaining a high fill ratio, penetrating client accounts and taking a positive proactive approach in partnering with various organizational departments.RESPONSIBILITIES:Client relationship as needed to develop salesMaintain knowledge of all client hiring practices and staffing processesPersonal GP quota responsibilityGuidance given: Assignments are received in objective oriented terms. Follows centralized functional projectsMaintain working knowledge of up-to-date sourcing and screening methodologiesFunction as subject matter expert for specialized testingDocument and share what is learned from each hire including viability of candidates selected, why qualified candidates deselected, and implications for providing feedback to client and rest of teamFully responsible and single point of contact for all assigned requisitionsResponsible for preparing appropriate slate and employing all available recruiting and sourcing strategy toolsResponsible for building a qualified candidate profile and preparing the most qualified candidate slate for assigned requisitionsResponsible for management of candidate pool for each requisition and leveraging all internal resourcesResponsible for executing appropriate external sourcing strategyErroneous decisions or recommendations would possibly result in delays and modifications to project/operations; possibly cause expenditure of time, human resources, and fundsAct as process improvement consultantFrequent contact with equivalent level inter-organizational managers and customer representatives concerning projects, operational decisions, scheduling requirements or contractual clarification. Conducts briefings and technical meetings for internal and external representativesPerform courtesy interviews for executive referrals and document the results as neededPartner with Sales for upcoming job needs and any consulting or client issuesEDUCATION:High school diploma or equivalent requiredBachelor's degree in any discipline strongly preferredEXPERIENCE:Minimum 3 - 5 years recruiting experience with strong staffing experience at a management or executive level desired.
