Job Title: Solutions Director
Who We Are: The Randstad Technologies Solutions organization provides a broad range of on-site, off-site and hybrid technology solutions in the areas of Enterprise Application Services (Custom, Mobile & Web), Infrastructure Management, Technology Deployment, End User Support Services, Project Management, Strategy & Architecture and Engineering. As part of the Solutions organization, the deal pursuit management office (dPMO) acts as the liaison between our field salespeople and the Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in our Practices.
What We Do: The dPMO provides presales and sales support, Salesforce documentation and reporting. We partner with our national network of salespeople, strategic account teams and practice leaders as we develop products and services for a diverse mix of clients.
Working With Us: The dPMO is a dynamic, fast-paced, high-throughput team. We are highly collaborative and are committed to our mission to deliver the best possible service to our internal and external clients. We manage a large workload, oftentimes with competing priorities, while providing governance and support throughout the sales cycle.
How We Do It: You will be responsible for acting as a key point of contact for salespeople from our national branch network as their partner throughout the Solutions sales lifecycle. You will speak with our clients about our services, you will collaborate with our Practice SME's as we develop products and services, and you will take ownership of all Salesforce documentation throughout the sales lifecycle. No two days will be the same so be ready for an environment that shifts and flexes daily.

Knowledge of any/all of Technology areas (as listed above in Who We Are) would be a great asset to you in this role. Salesforce user experience would also be beneficial, but we will train.
Location: This position can sit anywhere in the US, preference for Central-Eastern time zones

Requirements5-10+ years' experience in a technology field which could include (but not limited to) Sales, Project Management, Project/Service Delivery, etc.Demonstrated ability to multi-taskStrong written/verbal communication skills, strong presentation skillsHighly proficient with Microsoft and Google office productsExperience working in a cloud-based CRM
