About the Role
The Service Delivery Analyst is responsible for supporting the planning and operation of the ‘In Life’ Application Services incorporating system availability, continuity, risk and security management.
The Service Delivery Analyst supports the delivery of a number of services to our retail stores and customer services teams ensuring an optimized service is maintained.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport Service Delivery Leads and Service Delivery Managers in improving provision of service from suppliers Support Service Delivery Leads in executing initiatives to improve service level performanceSupport the resolution of incidents and problemsMonitor and track service performance against agreed service levels, and flag up issues to Service Delivery LeadsEnsure communication of agreed quality of service targets to partners and take responsibility for ensuring updates are communicatedWhere appropriate, manage service provider relationships directly, with guidance from the Service Delivery LeadsBuild good working relationships across IT, Service, Delivery & Sourcing and the business to ensure regular communication of service requirements, service changes, service outages and any service issuesWhere the business requires direct regular communication with partners, ensure there is clarity between the business and the service provider on how this process will work and who the key contacts are Undertakes routine installations and de-installations of application software.Corrects malfunctions and calls upon the expertise from suppliers and colleagues where required.
To be considered:Experience of working and supporting retail store and customer service services/applications. Sound technical understanding of technical NFR’sStakeholder ManagementKnowledge of ITIL v3 foundationData analysis, assessment and monitoringService reportingService improvement deliveryUnderstanding of Security, Risk Management & Governance.
