As a trainer responsible for training and onboard colleagues in journey mapping and service blueprinting practice, amongst these and other activities, the journey manager is (co-)accountable for the quality of the practice and how it is executed.Responsible for building, managing and maintaining the quality of journey artifacts (e.g., maps, personas, etc.), being the boundary objects to visualize experiences.
