Talent Care Coordinator role can/will specialize in two key areas: Talent Onboarding or Talent Management/Payroll. They will contribute to the execution of all work processes of the business unit directly by supporting its specific strategic and operational goals. This position actively supports recruiters in their compliance efforts and ensures that the business unit's checks and balances are in place.
