This position has operational and technical responsibility for reporting dashboards (DOMO or Tableau) and analytical functions across all operating companies within RSR. This position will play a leading role in new account implementations with a focus on gathering customer requirements for data consolidation, automation, and improvement in customer reporting. In addition, they will work with internal stakeholders to improve visibility into data and key insights for senior management to steer the mission of the enterprise.
EducationBachelor's degree highly preferred, Master's degree a plus
Experience5-7 years business experienceProject Management and/or process improvement experience highly preferredBusiness Intelligence/Analytics/RPA/ highly preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesExcellent communication and facilitation skills required for various levels throughout external and internal organizationsExcellent presentation skills used in delivering solutions to executive-level clientsDemonstrated continuous improvement, process documentation, and workflow skillsExcellent working knowledge of MS - Excel with knowledge of macros and pivot tables.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, tasks, and meeting deadlines while maintaining qualityAbility to synthesize and analyze information and ideasStrong drive and commitment to delivering outstanding resultsMust have DOMO OR Tableau
