The TOU (Talent on Use) Program Coordinator is accountable for achieving, through interaction with Field Support Center managers and field-based managers, a centralized support model to ensure TOU usage is in line with approval, budget and policy requirements. This position will be responsible for handling all logistical and onboarding support for TOU's and will fulfill reporting requirements. This position will be based at the Field Support Center in Atlanta and will report to the Vice President, National Operations.
TOU's are talent who typically fill short term assignment needs at the FSC, within our branch network, and at our on-site locations. The Coordinator will be the liaison between managers who request TOU usage and our branch locations who provide the talent. The coordinator will also be responsible for ensuring established mark ups for talent are administered consistently.
The following are essential job accountabilities:Process TOU requests and ensure background checks are processedInitiate proper system set up once all compliance requirements have been fulfilledEnsure TOU requests meet approved budget allocationsProvide internal reporting on a timely basisAnalyze and improve internal processesConduct regular compliance audits around rates, markups, and background checks and communicate corrections to appropriate contactsParticipate in regular management meetings as neededEscalate problems and constraints to management as appropriatePresent training to new managers so they are aware of TOU processesPartner with security for FSC-based TOU's to ensure security badges are assigned or deactivated as neededTroubleshoot reporting issues with IT
