Professional Injury Claims Management Advisor Remote (Maritime Provinces)
• Permanent employment;
• Salary: 65K to 80K;
• Bonus: Up to 5% bonus at the end of the year;

Responsibilities
Disability files – Professional injuries claims
Professional Injury Claims Management Advisor Remote (Maritime Provinces)
• Manage employment injury files (from start to finish) for clients;
• Inform and guide clients in reducing the impact of occupational injuries on their performance (organizational and financial);
• Advise clients on certain issues such as maintaining the employment relationship in the context of rehabilitation;
• Establish optimal litigation management strategies (in collaboration with stakeholders);
• Improve the service offering by offering customers better Health and safety management solutions (training, medical expertise, prevention, legal, outsourcing, ergonomics, etc.).
Qualifications
Professional Injury Claims Management Advisor Telework (Maritime Provinces)
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in the management of occupational injuries in the Maritime Provinces;
• Master the process of opening and monitoring an employment injury file (administrative and medical) as well as the rules governing temporary assignment;
• Good computer skills;
• Bilingualism (French and English);
• Sense of organization, good management of priorities, communication skills;
• Team spirit and collaboration;
• Great sense of customer service.
