Our client provides business consulting, technology, engineering and outsourcing services for clients in over 30 countries. Their rapid growth brought a new multilingual project for which we are seeking employees for their German team.

Your responsibilities

  • Responding to email tickets and phone calls to resolve end user queries related to the hardware and software infrastructure of our client
  • Solving of simple technical issues, trouble shooting
  • Log tickets into the system
  • Interact with the advanced support team

Our requirements

  • Fluency in German and communicative English
  • Experience of trouble shooting of technical issues is not essential but is advantageous
  • Interest in Customer Service
  • Ability to learn desktop applications used by customers
  • Ability to change system settings via control panels or system preferences
  • Multitasking skills
