Key Account Manager for BACARDI

Bacardi is the largest, privately held spirits company. It is a family-owned company full of passionate employees and iconic brands, shaped by the rich history of spirited entrepreneurship.

Currently, we are searching a key account manager, who will be responsible for management of international key accounts in the entrusted cluster (including CZ, SK, Balkans, Poland etc ..)

In this role, you will

Building and developing of mutually profitable and beneficial partnerships across cluster with international and local key customers

Fulfilment of all strategic objectives of company brands and sales plans.

Developing a long-term strategic business plan regarding the development of the key clients in priority countries.

Regularly meets representative managers of company partners & key account clients and attend key customer outlets in order to control product availability and performance and identify new ways and opportunities for sales & profitability growth.

Build our partners capabilities to negotiate effectively and set up contracts for products supply and marketing & sales support with international & local key accounts.

Support our partners in order to implement prices increases and avoid de-listings.

Develops and operates special marketing activities for key customers (including advertising in local sales programs to promote products), that ensure the proper presentation of company products in all client outlets.

Develops, implements and controls the collecting system/process for all information about sales and competitive activities, consolidates and analyzes the data, prepares reports and make appropriate recommendations to management.

Takes care and provides an effective work with 3rd party markets key account teams (goal setting, checking and evaluation)

Provides training and professional development for 3rd party partners employees as well as Development Markets colleagues and share best practices across cluster.

Develops long-term business plan and development strategy for priority markets & accounts.

Participates in the development strategy and commercial policy of the channel as well as in all Development Markets team meetings.

To be successful in this role you will have/be:

University degree 

At least 5 years of experience with international key accounts.

Knowledge of category management, instrument of an effective trade marketing support.

Advanced negotiation, presentation and effective sales skills.

Deep knowledge of big international accounts specificity.

Strong communication skills, and ability to work with multinational teams and different cultures.
