  • communication with clients and managers to get a clear view on their hiring needs 
  • communication with prrospective candidates and recruitments partners
  • direct search of candidates using variable tools, working with internal database
  • formatting of CVs to present candidates to best advantage
  • the administration and management of our recruiting CRM tools 
  • creating and editing of job description 
  • internal communication with staff and hiring managers
  • interview scheduling and candidate preparation


  • at least 2 years of experience with recruitment
  • English and German language is a must (C1+)
  • understanding of the DACH or Swiss region is a big plus 
  • experience with CRM tools (Fieldglass or RecruiterBox)
  • very good communication and organizational skills 
  • problem-solving attitude
