    Job title: HRDCompany Intro:A payments platform transforming the way businesses move and manage money globallyThe Role:This HR Director role will see you owning all facets of the employee lifecycle across China. You will oversee a team of HR Operations, HRBP and People & Talent to ensure regional alignment in all areas of the employee lifecycle.What you will do:? Partner with the leadership team and managing key HR processes and topics such as Succession Plan, Performance Management, Annual Salary Review, and Employee Communications, etc.? Work with commercial function to assess needs and to design and develop organization structures and talent plans? Act as change agent in dealing with OD topics? Coach and mentor business leaders to ensure they are effectively leading, managing and developing their teams? Playing as HR Consultant to business manager on people issue handling and ER cases? Other HR Projects to support business needs.What you'll bring? Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field? 8 years above working experience in HR area, experienced in HR Business Partner role, commercial function experience is a must? Excellent interpersonal, influencing skills to interact with different level of leaders and associates? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills? Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.? Comfort with ambiguity and ability to use sound judgement to drive complex issues to resolution
