My client, a tier 1 contractor, is looking for an experienced freelance Cladding manager.
You will be working on a £10 million project, running the external envelope package, you will be responsible for overseeing the cladding subcontractor.
This is a freelance position for a No1 Site manager, reporting to the Project Manager for approximately 3 months, managing a new build commercial high rise scheme in Birmingham.
As Cladding Manager you will be responsible for the project to ensure the safe completion, in accordance with programme, specification and budget.
