- You will be part of the Global Market Client Service team with primary responsibilities for Global Custody and Agency Services functions as well as a component of Prime Brokerage Client support.
- Provide operation and client service support to ensure client's queries are handled in an appropriate and timely manner.
- Work closely with internal teams in APAC, EMEA and US to provide support for global clients.
- You are responsible for a portfolio of clients, ensuring that they have access to required markets, products, sales and traders.
- Work together with sales team to deliver analysis and account reviews on a regular basis.
skills and experience required
- Possess at least 5 years of experience in an operations and client facing role
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills to communicate with front office team and clients
- Independent and motivated to excel
- Basic knowledge of Trade life-cycle, Settlements, Corporate Actions.
