What You’ll Be Doing
- Contacting business customers regarding overdue accounts and repayments
- Working across multiple systems to review account history and identify solutions
- Negotiating payment arrangements and following up on commitments
- Providing exceptional customer service while navigating sensitive conversations
- Supporting the team to meet collection targets and uphold compliance standards
What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience in collections - either in-house or third-party
- Ideally experience within a banking or financial services environment
- Strong customer service and communication skills - you can handle difficult calls with empathy and professionalism
- High attention to detail and accuracy when working across systems
- The ability to manage a busy workload and hit performance targets
- Comfortable working in a structured, KPI-driven environment
