    Position: Administrative Clerk PERMANENT
    Location: Candiac

    Schedule: From 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday
    Salary: $45,000 to $50,000

    We are looking for a versatile administrative clerk to support the customer service department. The company is based in Candiac and works in the industrial field. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with both clerical and customer service tasks.

    Responsibilities
    As part of your duties, you will support the customer service department in two areas: administrative tasks but also offer support to customers:

    - Be in charge of mailings;
    - Enter and follow up on orders, invoices and customer requests;
    - Ensure internal communications between the plant and corporate departments;
    - All other related tasks.

    Qualifications

    - Be very comfortable with different computer systems and the Microsoft Office suite;
