Our client in downtown St. Louis is seeking immediate Human Resources support for their Labor Relations team. You will be assisting HR leadership with employee relations, labor relations and labor arbitration. The main focus for this position will be grievance intake, tracking and processing. 3-6 month assignment. If you have experience in human resources, specifically in working with a union, this could be great experience with a highly desirable St. Louis business.
