About the Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining the continuity of education in the absence of the class teacher. You will be responsible for managing the classroom, ensuring that students remain engaged and on task, and delivering pre-set work across a range of subjects.
Ideal Candidate:
- Confident in Front of a Class: You should feel comfortable leading a group of students and managing classroom behavior effectively.
- Strong and Engaging Communicator: The ability to communicate clearly and engage students is essential for this role.
- Aspiring Educator: This role is perfect for recent graduates or those looking to gain hands-on experience in the education sector before pursuing Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
