We are recruiting for a cover supervisor in the St Albans area to start in September. Being a cover supervisor consists of supervising classes to ensure that the behaviour is under control and students are engaged in their work. Furthermore, you will be aiding pupils with their KS3 and KS4 learning. As a cover supervisor you will need to ensure pupils are on the right track as you will be the eyes and ears of the class.

Responsibilities:

• Controlling the behaviour of the class
• Dealing appropriately with challenging behaviour
• Making sure the work provided has been completed by the students
• Liaising with other members of staff in the school
• Safeguarding students
• Covering in the absence of the class teacher

Requirements:
