    Our client, a 30-year-old well-respected and well-known company in their field, is looking for an accounts receivable clerk with 2 years of experience. If you are interested, contact me as soon as possible Lara.mohamed@randstad.ca


    Advantages

    Responsibilities
    - posting account receivable transactions and payment
    -Maintain AR ledger, credit balances and resolving irregularities
    -Analyze AR reports
    -Collection of AR
    -Solve discrepancies on invoices
    - Approve or reject credit application and determine payments plans
    -Maintain credit policies and procedures
    -Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies

    Qualifications
    -Degree or diploma in accounting, finance, or business administration
    -Min 2 years of experience in Account Receivable
    -Able to perform account reconciliations
    -Must be Bilingual
    -Strong knowledge of collection and credit regulations and laws
    -Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
