    Position: Credit Counsellor -Client Account Management Department

    Location: Office is in North York, ON

    Hours of Operation:
    The business operates Monday - Saturday
    Between the hours of 7 am - 8 pm (Monday- Friday)
    and 8 AM-4 PM on Saturday

    Training: 3 weeks, full-time paid training

    Responsibilities
    - Outbound/inbound contact calls
    - Assist clients in maintaining current accounts without any delinquency
    - use problem-solving skills to provide various payment options
    - create relationships with clientele
    -discuss repayment options to potentially resolve outstanding debts
    - Create a warm, and pleasant experience for clients with a personalized approach
    - reporting and back-end procedures

    Qualifications
    - A minimum of 2 years of Customer Service experience
    - Excellent communication skills and ability to handle multiple tasks
    - call center (contact center) or financial/bank experience is an asset
    - strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
    - full time and flexible availability from Monday- Saturday
    - Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
