Duties include but are not limited to:
- Act als first point of contact with customer for inquiries and resolving order issues by phone and e-mail.
- Create/ update the new/ existing customer accounts with all required data needed.
- Gather all price related information and cooperate with the other related functions.
- Responsible for order and price quote entry in SAP.

- - You have a Bachelor Degree (or equal by experience in administrative customer related roles)
  - You have excellent PC Skills (MS Office) and experience in dealing with an ERP system is preferred
  - Great proficiency in German and English
  - You have excellent administrative skill

  - You are organized and can easily keep an overview
