As a Customer Engagement Specialist your responsibilities will include:

• Monitors and identifies market trends, prospects, and key stakeholders for Bayer Radiology in assigned accounts and hospitals. Defines customer needs to develop strategic account plans, mobilizing internal resources and stakeholders. Plans and executes Key Opinion Leaders & Key Account Management activities, including lead generation, contracts, agreements, and stakeholder relationships, using market intelligence and CRM data to meet sales targets
• Handles Radiology accounts according to area/key account sales targets, costs and budget, by implementing brand activation & sales plans, in line with local Bayer Commercial Policy (Pricing, Discounts, etc.) and in accordance with Pharma/Radiology strategy, with the purpose of achieving sales and profitability objectives
• Proposes and implements value proposition per key account, discussing and defining customer’s needs and through resolving any issues which improve customer focus and ensure the fulfillment of relevant needs
• Ensures coherent product planning, for the entire Radiology portfolio, and monitors distribution for key accounts, in close collaboration with internal functions. Reports and flags potential issues and threats and proposes alternatives proactively, with the purpose of securing customer excellence at all times
• Assists users in using our products effectively (application support). Troubleshoots issues, provides guidance, and addresses technical queries
• Proactively engages with customers to ensure successful usage of our products and service. Collects feedback and advocates for product improvements and revenue growth
• Prepares workshops, webinars, and hands-on sessions to enhance product understanding. Empowers users to maximize the value of our solutions

• At least 3 - 4 years of previous experience in a relevant role

• Excellent presentation, representation and influencing skills with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
• Business acumen, innovative thinking and passion to deliver great results
• Great negotiation and decision making skills
• Adequate digital/IT skills (as an end user) – Ability to quickly adopt new technologies.
• Commercial Capabilities: Environment, Field Segmentation, Customer Segmentation, Proposition, Customer Engagement, KPI - Definition, Measurement, Business Steering

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable University, preferably in Life Sciences
• Master’s degree in business administration (MBA) or any other relevant field is considered an asset
• Extensive knowledge and experience in the Radiology Business would be considered an asset
• Experience in Key Account Management and in Key Opinions Leaders Management.
• Exposure in P&L, budget, sales plans etc.
• Exposure in local/region hospital management practices
• Fluency in Greek & English required (both written and verbal)
• Extended Traveling required
