We're looking for a dynamic and confident candidate to join a high-functioning team working out of a Mississauga East facility. As an Account Manager, you'll get to apply your customer service skills to help your customers take their project from an idea all the way to production.

Responsibilities
What you'll do here:
Be the main point of contact for your dedicated book of clients
Work with other departments to bring the customer's vision to life
Generate work orders, monitor the process throughout, and ensure timely delivery of the finished product.
Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely manner, maintaining clear communication throughout the process
Qualifications
What will make you successful:
3+ years of customer service experience in a production or project based environment
Strong computer skills, particularly with MS office (Excel)
Experience using radius or ability to adapt to new ERP systems
A background in graphic arts, print design, or project management will be considered an asset
Adobe Suite would be a strong asset
