    Randstad are taking expressions of interest for upcoming roles with multiple clients on the Gold Coast for Customer Service officers. We are looking for candidates who have a passion for delivering excellent service to a wide range of people in mainly phone based roles.

    Key duties include:

    • Taking inbound phone calls from customers to assist with queries
    • Some outbound calls to assist customers with ongoing cases
    • Looking after email inboxes
    • Data entry and reporting
    • Website chat management where applicable
    • Ensuring accurate information is recorded
    • Ensuring all privacy and compliance policies are adhered to
