You will contribute to strategic initiatives, manage customer relationships, and ensure efficient service delivery. ■Requirements
・Must have 2+ years of experience in supply chain, with a focus on customer service.
・Must have a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
・Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is essential.
・Must have strong knowledge of sales and OTC processes.
・Must have experience in project management.
・Business level English is required.
・Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
・Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
