Your Role:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing accurate and helpful product information
Deliver exceptional service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Build and nurture positive relationships with clients, fostering loyalty
Accurately process and verify customer orders with attention to detail
Stay up to date on product knowledge to offer expert advice and support
Serve as a key link between customers, sales representatives, and store personnel
Follow internal policies, including safety and loss prevention protocols, ensuring a secure and efficient work environment

Qualifications
What You Bring:
Proven experience in customer service or sales
Bilingual in French and English, with outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience in B2B and/or the manufacturing sector is a strong advantage
