    Are you a customer service representative looking for a opportunity that allows you to work from home? Do you value customers and provide a high level of customer service?     You must be in British Columbia for this role

    We are currently looking for an outbound call center agent to join our fundraising team in an award-winning full service communication, opinion research, and fundraising consulting firm. We have both full time and part time opportunities starting July We are interviewing TODAY so please do not hesitate to reach out if you are interested, or refer this role to anyone who you think may be a good fit!

    - Must be located in BC however you will be working from home
    - Duties are making outbound calls and discussing charity campaigns over the phone, generating donations
    - Shift available (Part-Time and Full Time)
    Monday – Friday 12:30pm - 9:00 pm.
    Part-Time Availability (Minimum 18 Hours): 3:00pm - 9:00pm, must be available 3 times per week.

    Please note there may be a need to work on some weekends, the hours are 10:00am to 3:00pm.

    Training : 9:30 - 6pm PST - Full time Four days in a row. (Tues, Wed, Thurs and Fri)

    Qualifications
    Must have laptop/ own computer that is hard wired via a Ethernet cable to your router/modem
    Polite telephone manner
    Reasonable computer experience
    Must be comfortable talking on the phone
    Pleasant verbal communicator
    Ability to work well with others
    Excellent listener
