key responsibilities
- be the voice of the company in direct communication with economy-oriented business partners;
- manage the Italian language market;
- provide customer support and clarify questions regarding products and services;
- assist German-speaking customers via phone, email, chat, and social media channels;
- support our merchants with all inquiries about our products and services;
- actively work on optimizing all processes related to our customers, continually improving the satisfaction of our merchants;
- collaborate closely with other departments, such as Sales and Marketing;
skills
- native or fluent German speaker (mandatory);
- proficient in English;
- strong communication skills and a customer-friendly service focus;
- tech-savvy and passionate about the economic sector;
- availability to work on-site in Porto;
