For our customer, IMBOX ShoeCare A/S, we are currently seeking a strong After Sales Manager to increase the sales in the Benelux and DACH countries. Home office, preferably located near Bruxelles.

Imbox ShoeCare is an innovative company with considerable capital behind, and is supporting more than 4000 shoe stores throughout Europe.
The head office is located near Aarhus in Denmark
The company is in constant growth and they are now looking to expand their Aftersales department with an After Sales Manager, located in Belgium, for a newly created position.

We are looking for you, if you:

• are outgoing and informal with a keen sense of humor
• are an independent personality with a pro-active attitude and a can-do mentality
• have experience, preferably from a similar position as Aftersales account manager within the retail industry or as a retail manager in a major shoe chain
• have knowledge of the retail business within Benelux
• are efficient and able to work at a fast pace – gets things done
• have experience in direct sales (B-t-B) and negotiating with both small and large customers
• have experience in the building of strong customer relations
• have strong communication skills, both verbally and written, in Flemish, French and English
• are able and willing to travel up to 100 days a year
