We are looking for a manager with excellent coaching and management skills to work in a dynamic environment and help our sales team promote Google AdWords products to small and medium-sized media companies.
You will be responsible for a team consisting of 15 experienced Google AdWords Representatives (Agency Account Strategists). The team objective is to establish, maintain and develop a prosperous business relationship with advertising, SEM or media agencies in Norway and Sweden and help them and their end customers grow, by providing outstanding consultancy on successfully integrating Google AdWords in their marketing strategy. The team is highly skilled and consequently we expect you to have documented experience from a media/SEM agency.
Your main focus will be to support, coach and develop your team and help them create strategies that focus on optimizing the business of the agencies in their portfolio. It is a creative and target driven environment, where you will work towards ambitious goals for your team and the entire project.
You will be a key player in Scandinavia’s largest Google AdWords sales team, increasing the Google AdWords customer base across EMEA and actively affecting the Nordic online marketing environment through the creation of unique customer experiences.
As Team Manager you will be:
A credible advisor and excellent at building and maintaining constructive relationship with your team
Direct manager for all Agency Account Strategists from two Nordic countries (Sweden and Norway)
The primary point of contact in the partnership for the Agency business
The owner of the Agency budget and responsible for meeting financial targets as well as KPIs
A vital part in scaling up the agency team to meet the ambitious growth rates
Part of the Google AdWords team in Teleperformance with 60 talented and committed colleagues
We expect that you have:
Consistent sales experience (preferably in advertising) related to outbound/new business development
Solid experience in how to coach pipeline management, prospecting, cold calling, objection handling, sales pitching, etc.
Strong experience in advertising sales, digital marketing, consulting or a media specific industry
Experience from a fast-paced media/SEM agency environment
Established relationships and presence within the media marketplace
Experience with People Management and strong interpersonal skills
Experience with metrics/performance management, and skills in sales training and coaching for performance.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
