On behalf of our Client, we are looking for a Store Manager to Golden Goose Deluxe Brands Flagship Store in Copenhagen.


Ensure the accomplishment of commercial targets (sales volumes and main KPIs, profitability, client development), development of brand awareness and desirability and the management and development of the team in an environment of retail excellence.

Key accountabilities

• Provides comprehensive management of the retail store assigned, by coordinating business activities, supervising business relationship with key accounts, handling operational processes and administrative functions, in compliance with company guidelines and procedures.
• Provides continuously sales assessment
• Promotes actions to develop the business, also according to corporate guidelines


• Keeps relations with clients and ensures presence on the sales floor
• Is customer satisfaction oriented and leads your team accordingly
• Is responsible for the store Client Data Base development


• Has a very good knowledge of all product categories in store and actively participates to seasonal buying.
• Has a good knowledge of Visual Merchandising guidelines and ensures their application
• Make regular analysis of business and can make comparisons with the market of reference
• Provides regular feedbacks to Head office, which is based in Milan


• Has leadership skills and can motivate your team, showing empathy and ability to listen
• Is able to build effective teams and ensure a good working environment
• Is responsible for internal training and for developing resources

Your qualifications and experience

You have a background as a Store Manager or several years of experience as a Sales Assistant and ready for your next step. You have an in-depth knowledge of the fashion industry, PR and costumer relations.

Your personality is equally important. You are very passionate about fashion and you deliver an excellent service. Furthermore you have a positive approach, and thrive in a changeable environment, where you will be a huge part of the launch of Golden Goose Deluxe Brands Flagship Store in Copenhagen. You will be responsible for the Store in Copenhagen and report directly to HQ in Milan. You are a team player and thrive in an international environment, which means you are very good at English, further more you have to be fluent in Danish.

We are looking for a candidate, which can start in the beginning of august 2018. You should be aware that you should be able to participate in a week's training from Golden Goose Deluxe Brand. This will either take place in one of the other Flagships stores in Europe or in Copenhagen.
