Randstad is currently looking for a Swedish speaking Customer Service Coordinator.

We are looking for a person who has an outgoing personality and a proactive attitude.
You should be interested in working with high-end beauty products and should be able to handle complex assignments and adapt to a fast changing work environment.

Key Job Accountabilities

As a Customer Service Coordinator you will be responsible for managing the order-to-cash process for assigned customers in Sweden.
You will be responsible for coordinating all the activities from the order collection to the customer invoicing and take customer specific needs into consideration.
You will also ensure that the communication flow externally and internally are well established.

Required Competencies

• Customer and service orientation
• Native language: Swedish, fluent in English

It’s a plus but not a requirement if you have

• Work experience in customer service for small entrepreneur customers, experience of order collection and selling by phone
• Ability to plan and prioritize own work efficiently taking into account deadlines and service standards
• Ability to build good relationships and work efficiently with customers and internal contacts
• A team player attitude
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge of SAP and Excel will be considered an advantage
