job summary:This Helpdesk/Desktop Support analyst will be working on-site for client assisting in classroom setup/network connectivity/troubleshooting, etc. Must possess excellent communication and presentation skills. Will be engaging directly with faculty and attendees. Must have helpdesk experience.
