Ihre Aufgaben

As part of the Customer service team for the International Sales organization of Performance Materials you take care of the entire lead to order and order to cash process from the moment an order is placed to taking care of after sales service and making sure that the order is processed to the customer’s satisfaction.

Main tasks include:

+ Order Entry and follow up

+ Support of Distributors and Legal Entities

+ Price Offer Programs (Quotes, promos, etc.)

+ Returns & Complaint Management

+ Price & Availability Information

You are a key interface between our customers/distributors and internal stakeholders like supply chain, sales and manufacturing sites. An eye for detail and a high dedication to quality and data accuracy make you an essential part of the customer experience with the company. Besides taking ownership of your day-to-day tasks, you are always looking for a way to optimize our processes and services and like to share these ideas with your team.

Unsere Anforderungen

+ Completed educational background e.g. as industrial clerk

+ Open-minded and able to successfully work in a global setup

+ Experience with SAP and working in a similar CS environment are a plus

+ Oral and written English and German skills are mandatory

Das dürfen Sie erwarten

You will:

  • receive an attractive renumeration in accordance with "Tarifvertrag Chemie", starting around 40.000€ p.a.
  • work 37,5 hours per week, with paid overtime (if overtime occurs)
