JOB DESCRIPTION•It will be your job to bring our owned digital touch points to the next levels of maturity. Focusing on our brands website experience, automated CRM programs and 1st party data strategies. •Doing this with a design thinking mindset and implement the best experiences for our consumers that are visiting our digital channels.•Lead and implement data capture strategies and tactics including data quality and quantity.•Manage the database engagement and consumer journey by setting up tracking reports and designing always on campaigns to maintain a long-term relationship•Deliver strong cross brand overviews, insights and best practice sharing to drive synergies and bring our brands towards the next maturity phases.

【Experience】
・Track record of creative and consumer centric work from plan development through final executions and insight generation
・+4 years of experience in digital marketing to show concrete examples around owned site enhancements, data capture initiatives and journey mapping /management
・Candidates’ history is ideally from brand side working with a global A-level brand or from agency side but with hands on experience
【Skills】
・Ability to connect, and communicate with a variety of stakeholders, internally and externally, in English and in Japanese.
・Analytical and problem-solving skills to overcome complex problems in changing environments
・Strong Planning and organization skills with an agile mindset
【Education】4-year university graduate or above
【Language】Native Japanese / Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
