Digital Marketing ManagerDigital Channel Marketing / Customer Experience / Enterprise Enablement • Lead digital engagement within Japan in order to create an omni-channel HCP (healthcare professionals) experience. Drive best-in-class digital marketing activities which are informed by data analytics, integrated across commercial, marketing and medical teams, aligned with global tools and processes. • The incumbent has a strong grasp of innovative marketing tools and strategies and is able to lead integrated digital campaigns from concept to execution for our Rx business. Working with IT, Commercial Excellence, Scientific Affairs and vendors the senior manager will implement tools and processes across our portfolio. Digital Channel• Responsible for digital brand planning and tactical execution.• Activate and accelerate relevant online channels and communities (owned/earned/paid); create and promote digital assets like eDetail, 1:1 emails, 1:Many emails, webinars, website content, media and other potential third party HCP channels.Customer Experience• Understand the current state of customers' experience in Japan, their preferred channels and journeys, and their needs. Develop a deep understanding of customer trends and behaviors through analysis of conducted activities. Recommend opportunities for improvement and enhance the customer journeyEnterprise Enablement • Upscale global and local capabilities and act as a consultant to Commercial and Medical teams for digital customer engagement (incl. eDetail, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, webinars, third-party channels and programmatic advertising).
