be the key pillar and contact point for day to day direct sales activities. As a Team Lead being on-site, you will be required to handle first level of complaint management and aim to resolve situations with high customer's satisfaction.
In order to be successful in this position, the ideal incumbent must come with team lead/management experience, strong knowledge in Insurance and willingness to travel within SG on daily basis.
skills and experience required
- Experience managing or involved in direct sales or roadshow highly preferred
- At Least 3+ years of management experience
- Strong understanding of the principles of Sales management, Customer Service and customer behaviour
- Experienced in delivering high customer satisfaction and high employee satisfaction
- Demonstrate ability to manage sales personnel remotely, demanding workload and effectively prioritise activities
- Ability to adapt to changes effectively
- Exceptional listening and analytical skills
- Willing to travel and conduct on-site visit on daily basis
